Our products are made by hand to order in our workshops in the UK and Europe. Furniture items can take between 7-8 weeks to arrive with you, although some items are in stock and can arrive faster. If you would like to know if your order can be delivered sooner, please do email us at email@example.com.
Small furniture items
Another Country uses a UPS courier service for smaller items like a stool or peg rail. An e-mail tracking, notification service and all-day delivery will apply for UPS deliveries.
Large furniture items
Another Country works with a logistics firm called X-Pand International to handle most of our deliveries. Our standard service is a single man delivery to a downstairs room of choice and we can schedule a delivery in the AM or PM. On request and subject to quotation, we can also offer a two man delivery at a specified time, an unpacking and assembly service and removal of packaging material.
Accessories are shipped with Royal Mail on a first class recorded service. We normally have these in stock.
