Made using the off-cuts from our furniture, these end-grain chopping boards are a great example of how Another Country endeavours to work and live responsibly by maximising the use of each and every tree.

End-grain board are made of ‘blocks’ with the grain in various directions which helps the wood to resist warping, and are the ideal surface for cutting and chopping.

They won’t gouge (the fibres pull together after cutting), and are easy on knives as there is no resistance to the edge of the blade. The grain holds the blade in place as it goes into the wood which reduces slipping.

These boards are the perfect accompaniment to our Santoku Chefs Knife by Blenheim Forge x Another Country
