Whether it’s cold brewed with a meal, enjoying a tea latte in your local cafe or enjoying a pot of your favourite brew with friends, tea is no longer old fashioned and boring. It’s trendy and exciting and the growing numbers of younger tea drinkers are testament to that.
Made in Scotland
Tomatin Barrel Aged Whisky Black Tea – Europe’s first barrel aged tea! A blend of three black teas from Assam, Ceylon and Fujian, a little natural bergamot flavour and a sprinkle of cornflowers. Then the magic bit. We’ve worked with the Tomatin Distillery in the heart of the Scottish Highlands to suspend our blend in their whisky barrels. By letting the tea leaves age in this way, the leaves naturally pick up the complex smoky, fruity flavours of the whisky barrel without overwhelming the character of the tea leaves themselves. We recommend brewing it with boiling water for 3-4 minutes and serving at ambient temperature in a crystal glass to really appreciate the flavours.
Blooming Marvellous Green Tea – Flavoured Sencha green leaf is expertly blended with bright mallow and sunflower petals, exquisite rosebuds, sweet vanilla and fresh tangy fruit. Creating a sweet and slightly floral green tea with bags of taste and personality! Blooming Marvellous is a lively blend that will be sure to put a smile on your face and a spring in your step. For those more adventurous tea lovers Blooming Marvellous is fabulous as a boozy tea cocktail!
Sea Buckthorn Fruit Tea – This wild plant is found abundant along Scottish coastline, and those bright orange berries are hard to miss. We feel this wee berry is greatly overlooked as it contains an array of vitamins and minerals as well as bio-active substances. Feeling inspired by this incredibly delicious and healthy berry we’ve blended our Sea Buckthorn Blend. Fruity dried Cranberries and mellow hibiscus flower, the Sea Buckthorn berry brings plenty of punchy flavour to the party too. Our Sea Buckthorn Blend creates a sweet yet tart flavour that has plenty of ZING! Perfect as an iced tea for those Sunnier days.
