This pen case by ystudio is a round, hollow container pieced together by brass and wenge wood. Brass and wenge wood are both light, fresh and pure in the beginning, but will become darker with use and time, fused into the writings of the user and past memories. The best quality of materials are selected, and the finished pieces expected to be a lifetime stationary.
Brass will oxidise with unique effects, due to changes of users and environment. However, the oxidised brass is harmless. Clean it repeatedly with brass oil and then the initial polish will be revived.
