Current Roles

Logistics & Production Coordinator

We are looking for a full time Logistics & Production Coordinator based in our central London office, to manage the day-to-day operations of our supply chain and delivery functions. Reporting to the General Manager, you will be key to ensuring that production schedules are met and that finished goods move efficiently from workshops to our client base. This role requires a high level of organisation and a practical approach to problem-solving. You will act as a point of contact for our manufacturing partners and logistics providers, ensuring that every project is delivered to our quality standards and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Logistics & International Delivery Management
  • Coordinate all inbound shipments from UK and Portuguese workshops and facilitate logistics for US-based sourcing.
  • Prepare and manage all international shipping documentation and customs compliance.
  • Schedule client deliveries and installations, acting as the point of contact for logistics partners and end-users.
  • Obtain freight quotes and monitor logistics partner performance against agreed KPIs.
  • Track post-delivery feedback and manage the resolution of any after-sales issues or snags.
  1. Production Coordination
  • Maintain the master production schedule, chasing deliverables from workshops to ensure “made-to-order” and bespoke timelines are met.
  • Act as the daily liaison for suppliers, monitoring lead times.
  • Coordinate the delivery of raw materials to workshops and manage the flow of samples and small goods.
  • Opportunities to join colleagues on-site during QC checks and project scoping at workshops or installation sites.
  • Identify opportunities to reduce the carbon footprint of our distribution and operations in line with our carbon-neutral commitments.
  1. Systems, Inventory & Administration
  • Maintain accurate records across all inventory systems and stock locations.
  • Check supplier order confirmations against Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure system data reflects current availability.
  • Update website delivery pricing and product availability information.
  • Conduct data analysis to report on shipping costs, supplier lead times, and operational efficiency.
  • Provide general administrative support, including office supplies.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years in logistics, supply chain, or production coordination, preferably within the furniture or premium interiors sector.
  • Logistics Knowledge: Practical experience with international shipping, customs procedures, and freight management.
  • Systems Proficiency: Confident user of inventory management software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Communication: Clear and professional communication style, capable of managing relationships with diverse stakeholders; from workshop craftsmen to high-end clients.
  • Organisation: Highly methodical with the ability to manage multiple moving parts across production cycles.

Personal Attributes

  • A grounded, proactive approach to task management.
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining quality standards.
  • The ability to remain organised under the pressure of varying lead times and project deadlines.
  • A genuine interest in sustainable manufacturing and British/European craft.
