Small but mighty, our Modern Farmhouse Collection is a contemporary take on old vernacular design, drawing inspiration from the architecture and landscape of Dorset.
It includes a settle, traditionally described as a long wooden bench with backrest and arms, originating in Europe in the 10th century, a very practical and attractive hallway bench, and a characterful occasional chair that is both a nod to both classic Jean Ròyere designs and, yes, to round grain silos present on farms across Dorset.
We aim to keep a wide selection of our furniture on display at our showroom in Marylebone, Central London, or at our converted showroom barn in the heart of the west country, just north of the historic town of Shaftesbury.
